How does 'local payment' work?
Local prices are only applicable to those who have the corresponding payment methods:
PayNow (Singapore),
BPAY (Australia),
Touch n' Go Wallet (Malaysia)
Besides from these, everyone else must pay in USD through PayPal or Ko-fi.
How much do I pay if I want to pay in SGD/AUD/MYR?
The numerical values will be the same for USD, SGD and AUD. So if a commission costs 20USD, it will cost 20 SGD/20AUD. MYR prices differ and are listed accordingly.
How is the commission process like?
Here's the TLDR: Contact me through my socials (listed above) or order directly through my Ko-fi (ko-fi.com/jazenyem) → Tell me what you want → Payment (full upfront for semi-rendered drawings, $15//20RM upfront for rendered drawings) → initial sketching (maximum 3 retries) → pick a sketch you want for the final product [send the rest of the payment for rendered commission] → I start drawing. → I send you updates on progress → I send you the finished piece!
If you'd like a more detailed explaination, please refer to the Terms & Conditions document.
What if I don't like any of the 3 sketches?
You may request for another, but it will cost you an extra $2//3RM for each new attempt.
I advise being very precise in your request so that I can provide accordingly.
How long will it take?
A commission will take, on average, two weeks to complete—though this timing may vary due to my schedule and demand. But please do not worry, I will inform you prior to purchase and will give you updates on the progress. :)
I don't have a reference sheet for my character, can I still commission you?
Yes. But I will need you to provide a detailed description of your character—i.e. hair colour, skin colour, short or tall, build, personality etc. You can create collages to help assist you. Get creative!
What if I want something that isn't in your catalogue?
You may put in a request with me, and I may be able to accommodate, however if your request is beyond my abilities, I will not accept it.
"I want to add this onto my commission! My character has x, y and z details!"
Please inform me of additional details at the very beginning of the commission process. Some details may require more attention and time, and it is very hard for me to change things as I go along. Certain details may also be subject to additional charges.
I have a specific pose in mind, is that okay?
Yes. Just send it to me along with your initial request.
I don't like it. Can I get a refund?
I'm sorry but no.
Can I pay later?
No. Please read the commission process or consult the Terms & Conditions document.
You don't share your commissions, how do I know if you're legit?
I won't post my client's commissions without asking them for permission first, even though it is my own art. They are paying for exclusive services, and I feel that if I post it—heavily watermarked or not—it will lose its exclusivity. If you wish to commission me, you have to trust me, or you can try to ask around for people who have previously commissioned me.
