  1. How does 'local payment' work?
Local prices are only applicable to those who have the corresponding payment methods:
    PayNow (Singapore),
    Touch n' Go Wallet (Malaysia)

Besides from these, everyone else must pay in USD through PayPal, Stripe and Ko-fi.

  2. How much do I pay if I want to pay in SGD/AUD/MYR?
The numerical values will be the same for USD and SGD. So if a commission costs 20USD, it will cost 20 SGD. MYR prices differ and are listed accordingly.

  3. How is the commission process like?
Here's the TLDR: Contact me through my socials (listed above) or order directly through my Ko-fi (ko-fi.com/jazenyem) → Tell me what you want → Payment → initial sketching → I start drawing → progress updates → I send you the finished piece!
If you'd like a more detailed explaination, please refer to the Terms & Conditions document.

  4. What if I don't like any of the 3 sketches?
You may request for another, but it will cost you an extra $3//4RM for each new attempt.
I advise being very precise in your request so that I can provide accordingly.

  5. How long will it take?
A commission will take, on average, two weeks to complete—though this timing may vary due to my schedule and demand. But please do not worry, I will inform you prior to purchase and will give you updates on the progress. :)

  6. I don't have a reference sheet for my character, can I still commission you?
Yes. But I will need you to provide a detailed description of your character—i.e. hair colour, skin colour, short or tall, build, personality etc. You can create collages to help assist you. Get creative!

  7. What if I want something that isn't in your catalogue?
You may put in a request with me, and I may be able to accommodate. However, if your request is beyond my abilities, I will not accept it.

  8. "I want to add this onto my commission! My character has x, y and z details!"
Please inform me of additional details at the very beginning of the commission process. Some details may require more attention and time, and it is very hard for me to change things as I go along. Certain details may also be subject to additional charges.

  9. I don't like it. Can I get a refund?
    I'm sorry but no.

  10. Can I pay later?
No. Please read the commission process or consult the Terms & Conditions document.

  11. You don't share your commissions, how do I know if you're legit?
I don't post my client's commissions without asking for permission first, even though it is my own art. They are paying for exclusive services and I feel that if I post it—heavily watermarked or not—it will lose its exclusivity. Occasionally I do repost stories of my commissions on TikTok when my clients tag me. If you wish to commission me, I ask that you have trust and confidence in my integrity—otherwise you can try to ask around for people who have previously commissioned me.
